Senior network guidance for defined decisions and planned work.

Arkis focuses on network infrastructure: understanding the current state, documenting it clearly, reviewing proposed direction, and preparing manageable changes.

Network Baseline Review

The flagship fixed-scope engagement for an evidence-backed current-state view.

Includes: executive summary, logical diagram, inventory, findings, roadmap, and findings meeting.

Architecture and design review

A focused second opinion on a defined network design, proposed refresh, VLAN approach, or technology direction.

The review identifies assumptions, dependencies, operational implications, and questions to resolve. Detailed implementation design is quoted separately when appropriate.

Documentation and topology development

Turn source exports and existing records into a logical diagram, equipment inventory, VLAN/subnet register, known-gaps list, and maintenance guidance.

Fixed pricing depends on adequate source information and access; uncertain discovery is rescoped or handled hourly.

Project and change readiness

Review the scope, dependencies, implementation sequence, validation steps, and rollback readiness for a planned network change.

Suitable work can include VLAN, switch, access-point, routing, firmware, and remote post-change validation within an agreed maintenance window.

MSP escalation and specialist advisory

Scheduled network assessment, documentation, configuration review, design second opinion, refresh planning, or maintenance-window capacity for small and mid-sized MSPs.

Client communication, approvals, onsite responsibility, access control, and white-label expectations are agreed before work begins.

Boundaries

What Arkis does not provide at launch.

Arkis is not a general managed-services provider, emergency response centre, cybersecurity manager, or end-user support desk.

No around-the-clock operations

No 24/7 monitoring, guaranteed emergency response, unlimited support, or guaranteed regular daytime availability.

No security assurance

No penetration testing, formal security audit, managed cybersecurity, regulatory certification, or guarantee that an environment is defect-free.

No general IT administration

No Microsoft 365, Azure, server, Active Directory, endpoint, printer, cabling, or desktop-support administration.

A clear place to start

Bring the network into focus.

Share the size of the environment, the decision you need to make, and the timing. Arkis will confirm whether the work fits before requesting detailed information.
